Lead with your strengths.
Empower your team.
Lead with Clarity, Purpose, and Resilience
In today's workplace, great leadership is no longer defined by titles or authority but by the ability to bring out the best in others. If you're ready to deepen your impact, build stronger teams, and lead with clarity and purpose, we invite you to participate in the Strengths-Based Leader Series.
This four-session leadership development experience is designed to help you unlock your full potential as a leader by focusing on what truly drives performance and engagement: your strengths, and the strengths of those you lead.
Who Should Participate
This program is ideal for leaders who are ready to unlock their leadership potential and want to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact by leaning into what they naturally do best.
Program Sessions
Deepen your impact, build stronger teams, and lead with clarity and purpose.
Session 1 — Team Grid & Collaboration
Strong teams don't just work together; they understand one another. This session helps team members see and appreciate each other through the lens of CliftonStrengths®. Participants will reflect on their individual strengths, explore team dynamics, and engage in structured dialogue around how to apply their strengths toward real-world collaboration.
You'll leave with practical strategies for building trust, improving communication, and leveraging one another's talents for team success.
Session 2 — The Four Needs of Followers & Boss to Coach
Employees today expect more than direction. They crave purpose, connection, and support. This session explores the four essential needs of followers (trust, compassion, stability, and hope) and how to fulfill them by making the shift from boss to coach. Grounded in Gallup research, you'll gain insight into how your strengths influence your leadership style and how intentional coaching conversations can transform culture and results.
Session 3 — Performance Management vs. Performance Development
Traditional performance management is no longer enough to inspire growth and accountability. This session explores the shift to performance development, a more effective approach rooted in coaching, strengths, and engagement. You'll learn to apply Gallup's three pillars (establishing expectations, continual coaching, and individualized accountability) and create a culture where feedback is ongoing and people feel supported to perform at their best.
Session 4 — The Perks and Challenges of Being a Manager
Becoming a manager is a milestone worth celebrating, but the role comes with its own complexities. This session offers an honest look at the realities of management, including both the energizing perks and the persistent challenges. Through discussion, storytelling, and personal reflection, you'll deepen your understanding of what it means to lead and how to use your CliftonStrengths® to thrive in the role.
Certification
Upon completing all four sessions, you will receive a Strengths-Based Leader Certificate of Completion, a formal recognition of your commitment to leading with excellence.
This highly practical and interactive experience is rooted in Gallup research and built to help you grow personally and professionally.
