Steve Shrout is an executive coach and leadership consultant who helps senior leaders strengthen their leadership presence, sharpen execution, and lead with clarity in complex, high-stakes environments. Before launching his coaching and consulting work, Steve spent 25 years as a news media executive, leading teams across Canada, driving growth, and building strong organizational cultures in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Today, Steve partners with executives, boards, and leadership teams to improve performance, alignment, and culture through strengths-based coaching and focused leadership development. He’s known for his thoughtful, direct, and encouraging style that turns self-awareness into decisive action—helping leaders navigate complexity, elevate their influence, and execute with consistency and purpose.
