This unique program is designed specifically for senior leaders who want to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact—by leaning into what they naturally do best. Join a select group of peers in discovering how to turn your innate talents into powerful leadership tools.

Delivered through three focused sessions, the program combines practical tools, real-time reflection, and peer dialogue to ensure insights translate into action.

Program Sessions

A powerful, research-driven experience that helps you discover and apply your greatest strengths to lead with clarity, purpose, and resilience.

Session 1 — Bring & Need + Your Leadership Brand

Every leader brings something unique to the table, but few take the time to truly understand and articulate it. In this session, we'll dive deep into your top talents, explore the environments where you do your best work, and help you craft a clear, compelling leadership brand.

This session is an engaging exploration of your personal leadership identity through the lens of CliftonStrengths®. Participants will review and discuss their top talents, reflect on how these traits contribute to team success, and uncover what they need to perform at their best. Using Gallup's Bring/Need framework and guided group discussion, we'll walk through the steps to develop a personalized, strengths-based leadership brand statement. 
 

Session 2 — The 7 Competencies of Leadership + PEMSO™

Leadership is about inspiring action, cultivating strengths, and creating alignment across teams. In today's fast-paced and complex environments, leaders must go beyond traditional management skills and embrace a more intentional and holistic approach.

This session introduces seven key competencies that define strong, effective leadership.

This interactive session explores the foundational expectations of effective leaders, based on Gallup's research-driven framework. Participants will reflect on their own leadership style, engage in group discussions, and complete practical worksheets designed to uncover natural strengths and growth areas. The session also includes a PEMSO™ check-in, which will be used to assess and improve personal well-being.
 

Session 3 — Leading Through VUCA

In today's fast-moving business landscape, leaders are steering through volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, collectively known as VUCA. These challenges can destabilize teams, stall decision-making, and threaten long-term performance. Yet within this turbulence lies opportunity.

This engaging and interactive session equips executive leaders with a framework to manage VUCA by aligning it with the CliftonStrengths® model. Participants will explore how their top strengths influence their response to unpredictability, guide strategic action, and empower teams. 

Through real-world examples, peer discussion, and guided reflection, leaders will identify how specific strengths can be harnessed to stabilize operations, foster trust, and innovate through complexity.
